Poul. Bulvarno-Kudryavskaya, 19, is the former income house of Septer. In 1899, a baker and confectioner, a merchant of the 2nd guild, August Yakovlevich Septer bought a plot of land with stone and wooden buildings from the wife of the archpriest Ekaterina Havrilovna Florinskaya.

Прибутковий будинок Септера, Київ, вул. Воровського №19
У 1909 August Septer takes out a loan secured by real estate in the Kiev mutual credit society and begins the construction of a new house (arch. M. V. Klug) in the style of European modernism. The building is designed as an apartment building, where there are shops on the first floor, and two five-room apartments on the second floor. Behind the income house, on the territory of the estate, there was still a small house, where apartments were also rented out. In Soviet times, the house was used for its intended purpose. Septer’s income house is one of the few where the original interiors, stucco, floors and granite stairs with the original fence have been preserved to this day.
