It is known that the temple was rebuilt in 1841, and at the beginning of the 21st century. restored Next to the church is a two-story bell tower in the Verkhovyna style of the second half of the 18th century.

On the top of the nave there is an image of a clock, which is quite rare for temples of this type. The time on the clock shows the start of the liturgy in the church. Until 1947, the church belonged to the Greek Catholics, and after the liquidation of the GCC, it was handed over to the Orthodox Church. In the 1990s, a conflict arose around the church, as Orthodox and Greek Catholics had to take turns holding services. In the end, the Orthodox community built a new church nearby.
