It is located between Trostyanetska and Slavgorodskaya streets, Kyiv. The park was created in 1970. The total area of the park is 94.9 hectares. It has the status of a regional landscape park of local importance, it is included in the nature reserve fund of Ukraine. On its territory there is a landscape reserve of local importance “Chervonokhutir Lakes”.

Territory
The territory of the Partizanska Slava park is located on the left bank of the Dnieper within the high floodplain. The relief of the territory is flat, with absolute heights from 101 to 117 m. The height amplitude is
6 m. At the same time, the surface of the park generally has a concave appearance: the peripheral parts are higher, and the central part in the area of the lakes is the lowest. The general slope of the surface is from east to west, which generally corresponds to the direction of the slope towards the Dnieper.
The plant world
The predominant type of vegetation within the park is forest, which is represented by areas of common pine and oak-pine forest.
A total of 39 types of woody plants grow in the park. Among them, in quantitative terms, Scots pine dominates, mixed with Scots oak.

Animal world
The fauna of the Park is characterized by considerable diversity and the presence of a sufficiently large number of species that are rare for Ukraine and Europe. Only about 200 species of vertebrates have been recorded in the region. The bird population, which makes up the vast majority of the vertebrate fauna of the region, consists of more than 70 species.
33 species of the Red Book of Ukraine live and are expected to live within the Park. 7 species belong to the European Red List.
Degree of human influence
The biggest and most urgent problem in the park is transport. This is due to the unauthorized and uncontrolled entry and stay on the territory of the fleet of private vehicles of various purposes, with the predominance of vehicles equipped for the “trade on wheels” of food, souvenirs and hot drinks. Until recently, uncontrolled recreation was a big problem in the park. Visitors perceived the park as an area for amateur recreation, which is often unethical from an environmental point of view. Bonfires, violation of the integrity of vegetation and soil cover by car wheels, littering of the territory with waste from picnics – all these and many other factors took place and negatively affected the natural system of the park.
