“Colossus of Memnon” are two giant statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III located in Kulses, on the west bank of the Nile, in Luxor, Egypt. The statues were carved from a single block of stone and depict a seated pharaoh wearing traditional clothing and headdress, with his hands resting on his knees.
